My experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Bay City was frustrating. The breakfast service was consistently poor, with cold omelets and limited options available. Additionally, the ice machine was removed from our floor, forcing me to make a long trek for ice, which was particularly difficult due to my walking difficulty. The staff did not seem responsive to the concerns I raised during my stay.

I appreciated the spacious room with a microwave and refrigerator, which made my stay comfortable. The staff, especially Ely and Yolandah, were helpful in providing advice on local attractions. However, there was only one luggage cart available during busy times, leading to delays when moving my belongings.

The pool area was great for the kids, and we loved the diverse breakfast options. Cleanliness was on point, but we did struggle with just one luggage cart for moving our stuff around. A solid experience!

the room was an absolute disaster, with peeling wallpaper and a tub full of hair, how delightful! also, i had to wait endlessley for the only luggage cart, which i expected to be handled with a red-carpet welcome. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t with such lackluster service!
